Warewashing Solutions Pty Ltd- Warranty

This Warranty applies only to products sold in Australia by authorised resellers.

The Benefits conferred by this warranty are an alternative to all other rights and remedies in respect of the product which the consumer has under the Trade Practices Act and similar State and Territory Laws.

Warewashing Solutions Pty Ltd warrant each new appliance to be free of defects in materials or manufacturing process for a period of twelve ( 12 ) months from the date of original purchase.

Should defects, due to faulty materials or manufacturing process, develop within the warranty period the appliance will be repaired and /or defective parts replaced without charge, providing all conditions of this warranty is observed.

1. Proof of purchase must be produced before Warewashing Solutions Pty Ltd or its authorized service agents commence warranty work.

2. This warranty is void if the equipment has been damaged due to misuse or neglect: or is used for a purpose for which it is not suited; or if repairs, alterations or modifications have been attempted by other than Warewashing Solutions Pty Ltd or its authorized agents.

3. Warewashing Solutions Pty Ltd is not responsible for any service required due to misapplication, improper installation, inadequate wiring, incorrect voltage conditions or for any consequential damages of any kind. Where required by Statutory or local authority, equipment must be installed by qualified persons in accordance with all relevant regulations.

4. This warranty does not cover damage caused in transit ( excluding Warewashing Solutions nominated carrier ).

5. Cost of transport, of any appliance or part, to and/or from Warewashing Solutions Pty Ltd or its authorized service agent is the responsibility of the owner.

6. A charge will be made where failure is due to neglect, abuse or accidental damage on the part of the operator, or when no fault can be found, or where the fault is due to causes outside the control of Warewashing Solutions Pty Ltd.

7. The above does not preclude the purchaser from their statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Light bulbs and accessories are not covered under warranty.

Return policy details
In accordance with our returns policy – Item must be in the same condition as when we shipped it. Original packing to be used for return shipment. Change of minds returns are not accepted. Exchange is available for a different colour, provided the price is the same. The new colour will only be shipped upon return of the original, and provided it is unused and in original packaging. No credit will be given for damaged returns. Refund is given as money back less restocking fee.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if item is damaged in transit. We will require pictures of the unopened box.

 

Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don’t match description.

We ship Australia wide using Couriers Please & Fastway depending on your location.

After your order has been placed, picked and packed, you will receive an email notification advising you that your order has been shipped. This email will contain your tracking information. Items will be posted on the next business day after your order has been placed and funds have been cleared.

  • For metro areas our delivery time frame is 1 – 3 business days.
  • For regional areas our delivery time frame is 2 – 5 business days.
  • For remote locations our delivery time frame is 5 – 10 business days.

We do not deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers, private mail bags (PMBs) or locked bags.

Once your order is placed, we cannot make any item or detail changes, so please ensure your details are correct upon checkout. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us so we can assist you further.

A working mobile number and email address is required for all deliveries. Failure to provide this may result in a missed delivery and you will be liable for redelivery costs.

If you have requested delivery to a unit or apartment, please ensure that someone will be available to accept the package as a missed delivery may result in additional delivery charges.
